Surrender is the organic medicine we all need in our lives.

Mindfulness is the mental state achieved by focusing your awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations. Surrender is the dropping away or ‘self-emptying’ state of one’s will (ego) to receive new instructions and make space for something unexpected to happen. 

By fully surrendering yourself, you can allow your mind, heart, and soul to elevate, be fully open and engage with a greater reality. This guided imagery exercise is used to create full abundance and teaches you how to lead a life of living in the present moment.
